Return or exchange is possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in the original packaging.

Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to be replaced with another product in case the product has a specific defect.
The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product delivered is completely different from the product description on our website.
